Paypal and Alertpay Service in Nepal

Payapal is very famous online payment (transfer and withdrawal) system. I am engaged in online job since 2009 from Nepal with different companies i.e. Google Adsense, Adbrite, Chitika and other PTC site.

Google Adsense pays through Western Union and Check in for its publisher in Nepal.I get payment from Western Union from Google adsense. It is safe and fast to get payment rather than Check. Adbrite and Chitika pay through only check. However, both companies have Paypal service to get payment. It is very fast and reliable online payment. But in Nepal this service is not available.

To receive payment through check in Nepal is not safety, reliable and time consuming. It takes more than 1 month to arrive in Nepal. And it is not reliable too. So, I need Paypal service in Nepal. I have account but it is not verified. To verify Paypal account, Paypal is not accepting Nepali Bank.

I have Alertpay account but it is not verified because it is not accepting Nepali Bank. When will be Paypal and Alertpay service in Nepal? Just I am waiting for that day. Why Nepali Bank is Not Acceptable for the Paypal and Alertpay I have no idea about it.

Any body has Paypal/Alertpay verified account. Then, how to get Paypal and Alertpay verified account from Nepal?
